Feel Flow Yoga is a children's and teen's yoga club available to teach in schools and as after school clubs in Oxfordshire, for children aged 2-18 years.

My core principle at Feel.Flow.Yoga is healthy, happy, mindful children!

Healthy

I teach children about the importance of being mindful, what it takes to live a happy life and why it’s important that we aspire to live healthily.

Happy

My yoga classes are fun, active and packed full with skills that children can take away and put into play in the outside world. 

Mindful

Once we know how to be healthy, happy and mindful on the inside, we can begin to reflect this on our outside world. 

Children

I aim to tackle the lack of mental health awareness in children and teens head on. My slogan; Feel It, Flow With It, Yoga It, puts this into practice!

The ripple effects of yoga are truly magical, and I aim to make this world a happier and more peaceful place to live in, with the help of our future generations.

Classes

Feel.Flow.Yoga's pre-school and after-school clubs are available for children aged 2yrs-16yrs. Lessons are fun, active and will provide your child/teen with some much needed time out from their busy day.
